Practice Variation and Medicolegal Issues - is your practice variance negligent? We will cover the results of 18 months of practice variance survey highlighting where we vary in practice and the implications of this. The talk will feature an interactive quiz where we can compare our views and analyse the differences. We will discuss the medicolegal implications of being a practice outlier and the problems we might face from a medicolegal perspective for clinical decisions which are in the minority of views. We will discuss how we can avoid criticism of these variances.
