This will include an exploration of human factors, non-technical and technical skills, and discussion regarding the role of rehearsal and simulation, and evidence of effective strategies which you can integrate into your own department. Such topics will be further developed through insights from guest speakers from the world of aviation and sports. Please join us in person if you can.
