If this is the first time you are completing this application form, please read the instructions carefully, if we receive the incorrect documents, it will delay your application and could result in missing the deadline for applications.

This is a 2-step application form:

Step 1: You will need to complete the online application form.

Step 2: We will review your application; if your application is approved, you will receive an auto generated payment link after 24 hours via email. This does not mean you will receive a payment link 24 hours after you have submitted your application form.

The deadline for first time applicants to submit an application form is 23:59 on Wednesday (2 days before the closing date), this is to ensure all applications are reviewed and all payments are made before 5pm on the closing date.
