Cataract surgery - Training the Trainers

This event is suitable for any cataract surgical trainers in the independent sector or an NHS setting Senior educators will be covering GMC domains 1-4, 7 for clinical supervision. Including many important topics such as appraisal, feedback, human factors, support for trainees in difficulty and dealing with complications. Plenty of time spent on interactive training and practical sessions.
